About Bradford Wolf, LCSW

Bradford Wolf, LCSW, therapist in Rockville, Maryland, sitting on a couch smiling

I’m passionate about helping men create the future they want for themselves. I’ve worked with men throughout my entire career and was trained early on by the Men’s Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (MTREM). That experience shaped how I understand what men go through: the pressure to be strong, to fix things, to never show weakness, even when it’s wearing you down.

In therapy, I’m calm, down-to-earth, and focused on making it comfortable for you to talk. Together, we’ll identify your goals, figure out what’s standing in the way, and start building real momentum.

I grew up in the DC area, and when I’m not in the office, I’m usually with my three kids, cheering for DC sports, or planning our next road trip. I’ve been to over 15 countries and love exploring new places.

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d be glad to help you get there.

Availability: I work with men in-person in Rockville; Telehealth visits across Maryland and Virginia.
