Individual Relationship Therapy in Rockville, MD

As a therapist, I often get asked by others “what is the most common thing people talk about in therapy?”

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You fight with your significant other more often than you feel you should.
  • Each day you end up feeling like you are blamed for something that went wrong.
  • Somehow you messed up something but you are not sure how to fix what is going wrong.
  • You want to have less time arguing and more quality time with the person you love.

Helping others with their relationships is a real passion of mine. I know what a healthy relationship looks like and what it takes. I find being able to help others achieve a healthy relationship is a real privilege.

Seeking therapy is a critical step in shaping the future you want.

It's not always couples counseling that is needed but rather coaching and guidance for your own perspective that can help improve a relationship.

If you want to talk about some of the struggles you might be experiencing, reach out and we can work together on achieving a more stable and healthy relationship with the person you care about.

Feeling confident and empowered will help you develop the relationships you want to have.

Helping others is a skill that came naturally to me.  Becoming a therapist helped me share that skill with others.

I am glad you are taking the first steps in seeking out therapy.

My name is Bradford Wolf and I am a therapist who is passionate about helping others create the future they want for themselves.

As a therapist I work with individuals and particularly with young adults transitioning to adulthood.  I can remember the transition into adulthood being a scary time for me in my life and I was always grateful for the help I received.

I believe in finding the right therapist, and ensuring you have a strong connection and level of trust with that therapist.  If I am not the right fit for you, that is okay.  We can work together to find another clinician.

Asking for help is hard because it requires vulnerability. Without vulnerability we are never fully open to our peak potential

Individuals

I work with clients on an individual basis to help with depression, anxiety, relationships, and more.

Young Adults

I work with clients who are navigating the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each individual therapy session lasts 50 minutes.

I believe in confidentiality, and that you, not your insurance company, should have input in what therapeutic services you should receive. As a result, I do not directly participate with insurance. I am out-of-network with insurance companies.

My fees are $225 for a 50 minute session.

I believe that it is important to get the most out of your insurance plan. Therefore, I will provide you with a receipt at the end of each appointment with which you should file with your insurance company for a reimbursement. The amount of the reimbursement varies with each insurance company. Please contact your insurance company directly prior to beginning therapy to determine the amount of reimbursement you will receive.

Insurance companies may be hard to navigate. Some questions that might help you when talking with your insurance company include: What are my out-of-network mental health insurance benefits? What is the coverage amount per therapy session? What will be my out of pocket cost including copay, co-insurance, and deductible?

Payments can be made through check or all major credit cards. Checks can be made payable to: Bradford Wolf, LCSW.

Please print and fill out all forms prior to your first appointment and bring them to your first session. Come about 5-10 minutes early for your first appointment.
